The falling corner customising of every product allows to optimise both productivity and the breaking percentage based on the very product main features.
You can reach the maximum speed when it is placed vertically and a clean decrease of breakings when it is inclined. The change of the form fill machine corner is made by an operator by a manual selector switch or, on demand (optional), every position can be stored in the PLC and recalled automatically at every format change.
Changing the form fill machine inclination, a servo motor tape located between the measuring/weighing device discharge and the moulder, allows to keep the discharge point always the same and to adjust the product falling flux to prevent blockage.
