This feeding system works for the "in line" filling of dry products. Designed as a solution for production losses elated to production changes, it provides a highly accurate level of performance. Independent rotating weighed containers (one per package to fill) perform the function of gravimetric feeding. This job is done in masked time, during the positioning of the packaging below the dispenser. Correct feedings are achieved by individually controlling each lane. Full traceability of production comes from memorizing the results. The extraction of the solid is based on the patented principle "MCPI Fine dosing". It follows the hygienic requirements of the EHEDG. This system is available with three levels of quality of the load cell- Class A that has measurement resolution = 0.1 g, Class AAA with Measurement resolution = 0.01 g being two of them.
