This multi passage rotary union has an integrated slip ring. Being a machine element, the multi passage rotary union is able to feed several mediums (such as compressed air, water, vacuum and cooling fluids) into a rotating machine section from a stationary line. In the combined version, a multi circuit slip ring is incorporated into the rotary union for use with signals, electrical power and more. 2, 4, 6 and 8 passages are available and fluid passage diameters in 4, 6, 9, 12 and 18 mm. The rotary union operates at a maximum air pressure of 6 Bar and maximum oil pressure of 50 Bar. The vacuum is -0.95 Bar, the maximum rotating speed is up to 500 rpm and the drive torque is 0.3 to 1 Nm. A slip ring is optional and 6-12-18-24-36-56 circuits are available.
