MI GA :

This type of machine is available in both the semi-automatic (shown in the photograph) and the automatic version.
The MI-GA automatic machine is designed to produce shells using the pre-coated sand covering Shell-Moulding process.
The machine consists of two shoulders that support a central rotation unit sized to attach a frame for two plates, equipped with extractor control cylinders.
The sand tank on the machine is hinged to the central unit.
The support frame of the central unit and the tank frame are equipped with H2O circulation cooling. Air, water and gas are fed to the rotating unit through a special 6-way rotating distributor valve.
The stainless steel oven to heat patterns and complete firing after coating is equipped with a flat flame burner for the air and gas mix and is driven by a pneumatic cylinder.
In the automatic cycle the operator can select an oven movement to heat the patterns even prior to the coating operation.
The temperature of the pattern plates is controlled by probes and thermoregulators.
