Constant temperature When constant temperature becomes a necessity, pipe tracing is frequently used. This system is not easy to use where isolation components (valves, etc.) are concerned, so a thermal jacket is fitted to heat the valve directly with a fluid appropriate to the stipulated conditions (hot water, steam, etc.). This part, welded to the valve, offers the following benefits: • it can be fitted with different types of union (inlet/outlet) • it can be used in 2 positions ( 90° or 180°) depending on the fluid used • it can provide significant reheating volumes and so prevent heat loss
