MECA-SYSTEM

The dynamic systems play a very important role in the materials process. Apart from providing a better use of the available volume in the warehouse, they combine the principals of the inventory management FIFO (first-in, first-out) and LIFO (last-in, last-out).

FIFO principle: in a FIFO configuration, the pallets are loaded in the transporters by the entrance side (that is to say, in the highest point). Then, the slope makes the mallets to slide from the loading point to the unloading point. When a pallet is unloaded, automatically the following pallet occupies the previous pallet, guaranteeing in this manner that the commodities are always available.

LIFO principle: in a LIFO principle, a trolley loads and unloads the pallets from the same sidewalk. The system used, is also known as PUSHBACK. To load a pallet, the trolley pushes from the sidewalk to the back of the canal using the pallet to load. When a pallet is unloaded, the stored pallet behind itself automatically occupies its space, guaranteeing in this way that the commodities are always available in the unload frontal.

When using LIFO and FIFO system, we offer different combinations of either one of these systems, or combine all of them so we can apply different applications for each of the system in order to meet the necessities of the warehouse management, some of the application can be:

Fifo flow rack + tunnel for picking.
LIFO Pushback + FIFO Rack + sidewalk for picking
FIFO Flowrack + LIFO pushback + tunnel for picking
FIFO automatic flow rack + various levels for picking
FIFO Flowrack + semiautomatic picking
FIFO Flowrack + various levels for picking
