Steel cable overmoulded of an hexagonal elastomer, high flexibility of low temperature high resistance to ozone, weatherproof, resistant to hydrolysis, equiped of boulders in black elastomer, high resistance to abrasion, these boulders of hexagonal boring, set with squeeze on the coated cable, ensuring the rotation slaving : their position in translation is ensured by boulder's shape bearing each and others.

The end's fasteners are crimped over on the cable. Bearing 6303 RS protected by a deflector in plastic placed in a housing with a grease. Use : on a conveyor like superior empty side rope in angle and return empty side rope, for belts 400 to 800. Do not use to convey hydrocarbon materials -20°C < T°C < 80°C.
