The CD-100 model is manufactured by Mecamaq, and is a motor-driven press via electrical pedals and a hydraulic system. The hydraulic system is integrated with electrically-driven valves that have either single or double speeds. The unit comes with a cylinder headstock that floats along the bridge of the press via bearings and brake lock. This function is useful in terms of straightening bulk materials as the strength of the pressing cylinder can be applied on diverse points without moving the same tools. The CD-100 model has a monobloc design, and has a frontal width that measures 1,500 mm. It has a floating bedplate with a height that can be configured.
