Oil separator

Principles : A floating over-pourer skims continuously the bath to be treated and feeds the oil separator by gravity. During treatment process, coalescers help the separation of oil and water. A pump ensures the return of the purified effluent towards the original bath.
Applications :
- Separation of polluting and cutting oils,
- Extension of deterging baths life time,
- Decrease in the chemical oxygen demand (COD),
- Regeneration of the trimming baths,
- Processing of processor condensates before rejection.
