This machine of operculage High Rate allows the operculage small boats on one or two lines.
Processes: standard, heat-retractable film, aluminium film, small boats aluminium, small boats paperboard, precut, Inside Cut, MecaSkin, SkinFresh, VisioPac®, Slicepak®*.
It is from now on possible, according to configurations', of operculer to 8 small boats at the same time, thus maximizing the productivity to 5000 products/hour. This thanks to the synchronization of the movements by a technology specifies and innovating a shortening of the cycle times allows.
Operculeuses Oxygène ensure a sealing of optimal quality with or without Mise under Protective Atmosphere, on a whole pallet of processes suggested by Mecapack.
