Description

A piezoelectric is an accelerometer that employs the piezoelectric effect of certain materials to measure dynamic changes in mechanical variables. The CA 280 is a multi-purpose accelerator that is made up of compact materials. It is designed to use up to the continued range of -55 to 260° C (-67 to 500° F). As with all transducers, piezoelectric accelerometers convert one form of energy into another and provide an electrical signal in response to a quantity, property, or condition that is being measured.
