The new S-beam nozzles provide an application of straight jet without deviation, synonymous of quality finishing of the nozzle. Either in straight nozzles, fixed or rotary, or right angle nozzles, the jets are directed with a perpendicular angle to the output horizontal plane. The applied quality controls in manufacturing process and the final test before packaging assure a guaranteed repeatability in the output diameter and the length of the output hole to apply the adhesive. This property provides a replacement of nozzles with the same characteristics without appreciable changes in performance, if the application remains with the same parameters.
To the wide range of nozzle diameters offered by meler in its product portfolio now it is also added a range of engagements to facilitate the selection of the proper nozzle type for each application. Combined to the flow regulation systems in piston pump units (pressure) or gear pump units (speed) the new range of nozzles meler allows the customer to perform his application needs.
The new cataloguing system and laser marking of every model allow identifying perfectly the type of nozzle selected
