The MLX34102 is a Programmable Linear Hall Sensor packaged into a Surface-Mount (SMD) housing. It features either a programmable linear transfer characteristic (PWM -- Pulse Width Modulation) or a programmable switch transfer characteristic (ON/OFF).

In combination with a magnetic circuitry suitable for an SMD component, MLX34102 offers an accurate and cost-effective solution to sense the applied magnetic flux density.
