MENSI MAG3 Machining Centre has been designed for the production of sanitary bodies, automotive components, oil hydraulic parts etc.
The advantages and strength of this machining centre consist in its major versatility and flexibility and in the simple and quick tool changing system.
It is made up of the following components:
Nr. 1 Table disc in welded and normalized steel with four stations that is assembled on a CNC controlled table on vertical axis and equipped with rotating distributor
Nr. 4 Hydraulic chucks with jaws for piece clamping
Nr. 3 ISO 40 UFCN flanged units with automatic tool locking and release device, that are assembled on a cross carriage and suitable for any kind of machine operation (drilling, threading, threading with thread milling cutter and other) thanks to the interpolation system of X-Y-Z
Nr. 3 Tool changing units with rotating magazine CTM40-D-O-12-L1 type
Electric installation (voltage to be assessed) with CNC digital control
Nr. 1 Hydraulic unit to operate the chucks and to lock/release the tools
Pneumatic components
Centralized lubrication installation
Main push-button panel to control the machine
