- It is a very versatile machine to cut from 60° left up to 60° right.
- Functioning: after having manually fed the bar and clamped the material, you start the cut which is done using the weight of the head controlled by a spring so as to balance the sawing head. By means of an hydraulic brake with a valve you can regulate the downfeed speed. Once the cut has been finished the sawing head is raised manually so that you can feed the bar again (as OPTIONAL you can have the head which returns to top position by means of an hydraulic unit after each cut).
In the Shark 452 CCS MA model (with an automatic vice) vice opens/closes by means of a button on the control panel.
A FEW FEATURES:
Electric panel (wiring totally identifiable, stand-by, main lockable disconnect switch, pole change switch, emergency stop, motor magneto thermal overload, minimum tension coil, protection against missing phase, low tension safety device 24V).
Mechanical variator to adjust infinetly variable blade speed from 20 to 100 mt/min.
