Fully automatic mass production saw MEP

CONDOR 90 CNC HR electropneumatic automatic sawing machine to cut aluminium and light alloys, using a widia blade.
Besides in the automatic mode, it can be used also in semi-automatic cycle.
CNC machine with multimicroprocessor so as to obtain at 0°, on the same bar,32 different lots each of different lengths and quantities. The machine is supplied predisposed to operate together with the loading magazine CB 6000 for high production.

A FEW FEATURES:
2 pole motor at 2800 rev/min with double belt transmission
Widia blade with electrowelded hard metal plates diameter 300x32x3.2mm Z72 positiv rake, balanced and silenced.
Cabinet for electric and electronic fixtures with totally identifiable wiring.
Panel with low tension controls: polyester membrane keypad with tactile thermo-shaped buttons which give out an acoustic signal when pressed.
Control and function systems protected against in-going and/or out-going electrical and electromechanical phenomena.
DISPLAY: 40 characters read on sixteen lines so as to visualize technological parameters such as:
- number of cuts programmed and carried out
- blade thickness - length fed in each stroke
- cutting time
- ampermeter
- diagnostics and/or caution messages (approx.ly 80) visualized in the language of use.


Feeding system by means of screw/nut with recirculating balls and stepper motor, length 1000mm with feed in up to 9000 mm/min.
Minimum restpiece which cannot be fed in in automatic is 70mm.
Feeder carriage which has a sideways movement so as to feed in also deformed bars.
Automatic adaptive shearing stress control system with servovalve mounted directly on the cylinder.
Automatic device for blade lubrication which operates only while cutting.
Drawer to collect chips.
Chip conveyor is predisposed to mount a chip collector.
The headstroke, according to the dimensions of the material which has to be cut, is set directly from the control panel.
Acoustic indicator with flashing light in case cycle is stopped.
Machine predisposed for handling with movement equipment.
