Mobile scaffold

The mobile scaffold product series includes the system 750 and system 1350.

In the system 750, the width of scaffold is 750 mm, while in the system 1350 it is 1350 mm. The length of scaffold is identical to the length of planks, i.e. 1905, 2500 and 3050 mm.

The load capacity of work level on the scaffold is max. 150 kg (on a surface of 500 x 500 mm) or 150 kg/m2 in case of distributed load.

The mobile scaffold can be built up to the height of 12 m inside the building and 8 m outside the building (according to the standard EN 1004-2004).

The scaffold is made of aluminum alloy profiles with welded joints The surface of planks is made of impregnated anti-slip plywood.

The mobile scaffold product series was tested by the Építőipari Minőségellenőrzési Intézet (Building Quality Control Institute - ÉMI with Hungarian initials) and certified by the Building Suitability Certificate No. ATB-24/2007 and the Labour Safety Certificate No. MMT-511/97 that the scaffold meets the requirements of application in the building industry and the work safety.

The compulsory provisions relating to the use of mobile scaffoldind are included in the INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE handed over together with the mobile scaffold.

The mobile scaffold product series is available in 48 different sizes. The list of elements for each size is included in the tables No. 1 and No. 2. For the designation of elements, see Fig. 1A
