Universal machine used for complete finishing wet processes (Roughing - Sanding - Polishing - Polishing) on jewelry parts , all ferrous alloys objects (especially stainless steel), all of the aluminum alloys and all the plastic materials.

The machine uses the vibration effect that is transmitted to a polyurethane tank by a adjustable masses vibrator. It gives to materials inside the tank three kinds of motion: centrifugal, helical and vibrant.
The combined action of these three movements together water and abrasive materials (with liquid compounds or pastes) can reach an excellent level of finishing.

The circular vibrators are made of painted steel and they are equipped with damping or medium load springs for the transmission of vibrations.

The tank is made by polyurethane, aging and wear-resistant and it's complete with exhaust vent and internal filter, for the full discharge of the liquid.
The machine is equipped with a pulpit complete with a control panel, timer and regulator for intensity of the vibrations.
