FILLING

- Electronic volumetric filling with magnetic flow meters.
The functioning of the instruments is guaranteed for still products
with electric conductibility higher than 50 uS/cm.
- Filling precision ±0,2% on the set point volume.
- Filling valve opening by pneumatic electro valve driven by bottle presence sensor signal (opening) and flow meter signal (closure).
- Filling without contact between valve and container.
- Volume set up for each different bottle in the operator control terminal.
- Product feeding pump driven by inverter to keep constant pressure.
- Small central manifold to feed the filling valves.
- Sealing rubber complying with food norms.
- Dummy bottles with manual set up to create a close circuit during the washing phases.
- Container support with fixed plates on the bottom and centring grippers in the neck.
- Carrousel frame in stainless steel.
CAPPING

Pressure cap:
Capping realized with inclined chain conveyor
- Cap sorting with vibrating hopper.
- Caps descent chute in stainless steel.
- Cap distribution to the container by stripping.
- Capping conveyor synchronized with the speed of the bottle conveyor.
- Pneumatic cylinder for adjustment of the conveyor inclination and therefore of the applied pressure.

Screw cap:
Rotary turret installed in monobloc with the filler.
- Cap sorting with centrifugal hopper.
- Caps descent chute in stainless steel.
- Cap distribution with "pick and place".
- Capping heads with magnetic clutch with the possibility to ad just the closing torque.
