Description
The Metrosep C 5 - 150/4.6 is based on a sulfonated polystyrene-divinylbenzene polymer. The strongly acidic cation exchange groups make it a preferred separation column for the determination of divalent cations, particularly of transition metals. The column is preferably also used with UV/VIS detection after post-column reaction. The column can also be used with sequential suppression.
