This maintenance-free electrode is well suited for redox titrations when the pH value remains constant, e.g.:
determination of the chemical oxygen demand (COD, ferrometry)
determination of penicillin and ampicillin
for titrations using Hg(NO3)2
for titrations in presence of chromium or iron
