Quadra-Chek 300 Series Geometric Readouts The QC-300 is an advanced digital readout with an enhanced, color touch-screen interface. It includes patented Measure Magic technology and is ideal for the measurement of 2-D and 3-D features. Crosshair, optical edge detection and video edge detection systems for 2-D measurements can be automated with CNC motion control options. Touch probe systems are perfect for 3-D measurements on manual CMMs. QC-300 series readouts can be used with inspection tools such as measuring microscopes, optical comparators, optical edge detection, video systems, video edge detection and manual coordinate measuring machines.

Results view
Display feature measurement results, fit type and graphic representations of measurement data clouds with errors. This graphic view of measurement results reinforces operator comprehension of measured features and makes it easy to visualize complex data sets.

Tolerance display
Apply tolerances to position, size, form, orientation and other part parameters quickly and easily. Translate data intensive reports into visual displays that are readable at a glance. Prepare tolerance reports for printing.

Automatic Video Edge Detection
Use auto edge detection probes to collect multiple data points automatically, increasing throughput and accuracy.

Video Image Archiving
Capture and edit high-resolution JPEG pictures of video screen images for process control and quality reports. Add text and graphic content for clear and detailed communication.

3-D Measurements
Use hard probes, touch probes or indexable probes for precise 3-D measurements on your manual CMM.
