Conveyor Features
Model 701P Plastic Belt Conveyor is ideally suited for conveying products that
are sensitive to metallic surfaces. Belts are selected for specific applications.
Frames: Formed 10 gauge 7-1/2" deep with 1-½" flanges. Drive and End Assembly locations are slotted for ease of shaft removal or bearing replacement.
Drive Shafts: 2-1/2" square shaft with the ends machined down in two steps to 2-1/8" then to 1-15/16", mounted in flange bearings. Plastic sprockets are mounted to the shaft.
End Assembly: 2-1/2" square shaft with the ends machined down in two steps to 2-1/8" then to 1-15/16", mounted in flange bearings. Plastic sprockets are mounted to the shaft.
Slider Pan: Formed 10 gauge galvanized. Mounted on both sides of the slider pan are UHMW belt guides. Two pairs of belt guides are provided per 10' section.
Belts: There is a wide selection of belts available to meet your
specific application.
Return Rollers: Rollers are 3 ½" diameter with precision bearings for accumulating applications. For non accumulating applications return rolls are not required, return rails with UHMW covered half moon shoes are provided for the belt return.
Finish: Standard finish for painted components is Metzgar
Medium Blue or Vista Green.
