The dereeling units of the Metzner »DRC Series« are suitable for the transport of coiled materials like corrugated tubes or hoses with low tension-sensitive. In combination with a loop control or a conveyor belt, the coiled material is supplied to the cutting machine. The »DRC 1« series provides feed solutions for different diameter sizes. Corrugated tubes, hoses and cable coils can be easily handled up to an outer diameter of 1000mm. The pull-off force is adjusted by a mechanical brake so an overrun of the device is not possible. The center of the device can be easily adjusted to the core diameter of the coils, for a trouble-free transport. All devices of »DRC 1-Series« are available in two versions: as a stand-alone devices and integrated into the production line (see photo below application).
