The MeVEA simulation platform consists of two software, which can be combined. The MeVEA Modeller- and Solver software can be modified to be used to test and develop nearly any kind of mechanical machines and components.

With the MeVEA Modeller software engineers are able to create and edit a model to describe the dynamic behavior of the machine. Simulation Models are mathematical, functional or mechanical descriptions of reality. Due to this fact, the quality of the dynamic model is related to the initial data available for the machine components.

The MeVEA Modeller enables the user to insert and edit simulation model parameters of components used in mobile and industrial machines such as rigid and flexible bodies, joint constraints, actuators and visualization graphics. The MeVEA modeller is an illustrative tool to create a model.

Combined with the MeVEA Solver software real-time simulation of dynamics will provide accurate results and an excellent testing environment for R&D. Simultaneous simulation of components is crucial for the R&D department as everything relates to everything.
