The Dual Crane Simulator is a high quality product, which makes operator training more efficient than ever before! The simulator includes both a tower crane and a mobile crane simulator. The trainees can practice in this realistic simulator without stealing time from real operations or endangering neither themselves nor the machine.
Automatic evaluation
With the Dual Crane Simulator the trainee can do lifting exercises in two different environments, in the practice area and in the construction site. The exercises are evaluated and analyzed automatically according to time, energy consumption, accuracy and the operating route. Also the weather conditions can be varied along with the training needs. The automatic evaluation is an excellent tool for the instructor to find the improvable skills of each trainee.
Monitor the learning process
The simulator creates a log file for each trainee, so the instructor can monitor the trainees learning process and compare it to the other trainees. Finished exercises can be analyzed together with the trainee using the replay function, which allows following the exercise from any wanted viewpoint.
