EPD 100
EPD is an ultrasonic-sensor to detect gas bubbles and for full or empty pipe detection of tubes in all areas of industry. EPD is conceived as clamp on-system. It is installed on existing plastic tube systems. Mounting is possible any time during full operation, "plug and play".

EPD 100P is suitable as empty pipe detection for
- clear, muddy, conductible and non conductible liquids. The applications are from
DI-water to very aggressive and/or toxic chemicals
- applications with high hygienic standards
- process conditions, which require mesh free measurement
- later installation in existing plants
- controlling of gas bubbles in pipes with oils, colours, paints or adhesives
- general controlling respectively logistic tasks
- controlling of plant situations in supplying pipes
- defined switching of containers
- dry running protection e.g. of continuous flow water heaters or pumps
- contact free limit control in increasing pipes of tanks

EPD 100P is available for plastic tubes of ½" and 3/4".
Only use tubes with smoothly outside surfaces.
Tissue tubes are not suitable!
