- Our presses have large frames in which the slide is guided by large-size bronze guides with graphite inserts.
- The cylinders are made of steel with hard chromium plated rods.
- The guidance system uses loaded PTFE and the seals are of the polyurethane composite type.

System characteristics :
- Slide thrust force : 400 tonnes.
- 2 thrust cylinders (200 tonnes each) the movement of the 2 cylinders is managed by a PLC and servovalves allowing the work to be done with an off-centre force.
- Slide travel : 1000 mm.
- Maximum distance between tables : 2700 mm.
- Working speed at 400 tonnes : 15 mm/s.
- Approach speed : 650 mm/s.
- Return speed : 500 mm/s.
- Dimensions of the press table 2500 x 1600 mm.
- Two stamping pads with posts and a capacity of 80 tonnes each.

- Return speed 195 mm/s.
