MICOS designed the new Spacefab generation for micro-optical applications as well as biomedical applications. The system consists of six linear axis combined in that way that the top platform can be driven with 6 degrees of freedom. the travel range is 50x50x50 mm with about 10° but can be varied by using other stages and other designs. We are selling high precision circular interpolated systems as well as low-cost systems with point to point control. The big point is the possibility to set the Pivot point(center of rotation) by software: so you are able to adjust the movement depending of your probe, fiber or else. The systems can be designed for vacuum or in special dimensions.
