2D laser profile scanner

The Smart group contains laser scanners from the scanCONTROL 2710 and 2810 series. These models have been preprogrammed for the solution of basic measuring tasks. The focus is on a special measured value (e.g. width + height of a gap) derived from an evaluated profile. The smart sensors are configured for this task using software and run in standalone mode. The 2710 (compact) and 2810 (fast and precise) series are available for selection.

Preprogrammed measurement applications are e.g. the recognition and tracking of angles, steps and positions and the detection of beading (e.g. adhesive bead, weld seam) or grooves (e.g. gap) with dynamic tracking.
