The MicroStep laser cutting machines are designed for cutting very precise and demanding parts with a virtually unlimited variety of shapes for the modern sheet metal processing industry. The machines are characterized by an excellent price-performance ratio, which is achieved by a functional, rugged design and high-quality components.

The FibreLas provides a reliable cutting system with a gantry specifically designed for cutting with a fibre laser. The fibre laser system uses a special type of solid-state laser. The endowed core of a glass fibre is the active medium of a fibre laser. It is a glass laser with optical fibre characteristics. The laser radiation, which passes through the laser-active fibre, experiences a high increase due to the length. The laser has a very high efficiency, high beam quality, high durability as well as compact size of the overall system. The external stationary laser source generates a laser beam which is sent directly to the laser head through a flexible fibre cable.

The high dynamics of the machine is achieved by a low gantry, digital AC servo motors, zero backlash gear drive and planetary drive. The position is measured by incremental encoders. All control and power lines are out in drag chains. Because of the security policy, the complete system is covered by a cabin adapted to the radiation intensity in order to avoid the contamination of people and objects. A shuttle table, which can be carried out manually or automatically, is standard for our machines.
