These exhaust and filtering units work according to the principle of the electrostatic loading. Rough impurities are caught in a prescreener. The loaded welding smoke particles arrive into an electrical field between collector plates, there them are tightened and remain clinging.

The KEMPER electrostatic filter mobile is suitable like the remaining mobile devices for the flexible employment at changing welding places. It has however another filter system, which works according to the two-stage principle of electrical loading and separation. The fine dust particle in the welding smoke over the exhaust hood are seized, sucked by a prescreener and positively loaded in the ionization part of the filter cartridge in a strong electrical field. Afterwards the loaded particles arrive into the electrical field between collector plates, by them are tightened and remain clinging there. Thus air is effectively cleaned and the particles up to 98% is separated. All control functions as well as the appropriate control lights for the high voltage monitoring, operational check and/elimination are clearly arranged in the display. The connection type for a start/stop mechanism as well as for a lighting is likewise integrated. Or two suction arms in 2 m, 3 m or 4 m a length are connectable both in tubing and in hose execution.
