Fasteners with pre-mounted staples for heavy duty belts, especially for the underground mines:
- Simultaneous high tensile strength and small pulley diameter
- For belts up to 3,500 N/mm and up to 20 mm thickness depending of the type

Material:
Depending on the type fastener made of high tensile plated steel (HLE) or stainless steel with pre-mounted staples made of carbon steel or stainless steel.

Installation:
With an open ended hammer tool or with a pneumatic hammer tool (tool base 18 Kg for 1,000 mm length + 12 Kg for the pneumatic hammer)

Packaging:
Standard boxes with 2 strips for requested belt width up to 1,600 mm (6") in one piece (longer on demand), without hinge material (separately).
