Mailbag machine can be integrated with two automatic insertion systems:
Autoinfeed
Feeder
With these two systems it is possible to have a completely automatic production and so to save time and to increase the productivity, as shown in the following example: with the Mailbag machine alone, the highest possible production, with single magazine, is of 15 pcs/min.
With the Autoinfeed +Mailbag system, you can wrap up to 25 single magazines (1500 pcs/hour), i.e. a 60% production increase. This is the average monthly saving on labor cost; in three months the customer has amortized the cost of the Autoinfeed device.
When you wrap multiple products (magazine + brochure + leaflet) with the Mailbag alone, the production can sink down to 600 pcs/hour, while it remains unchanged with the Autoinfeed.
When a feeder is installed, the advantage is higher, as the feeder has an autonomy of about three minutes during which the operator can carry out discharge operations.
