The stages are available as als X-, Y-, Z-, X/Y-, X/Y/Z-Axis types for linear adjustments, as well as goniometers, rotation stages and tilt stages for angular adjustments.
At rotative movements, there is a significant difference in the theoretical position of the rotary axis, which can be out of the stage. Guiding type can be chosen of linear shaft guide, dovetail guide, roller guides and crossed roller guides.
Adjustment mechanisms are feed screws with standard thread, fine thread, micrometer heads and rack and pinion drive. Position of adjustment mechanism can partly be configurated.
Stage sizes / travel:
Stages from 25mm x 25mm to 120mm x 120mm.
Travel from ± 1,7mm to ±140mm are available for linear adjustment stages.
Rectangular stages from 40mm to 300mm length.
Rotary stages from 25mm to 110mm stage diameter.
