CC-Link Safety MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC AUTOMATION

CC-Link Safety is a high performance Safety network that is fully IEC 61508 SIL3 & ISO13849-1 Category 4 certified. Based on CC-Link technology this network is used to interconnect critical safety components including emergency stop buttons, light curtains and other safety products in a system. When configuring safety systems, solutions with generally include Safety Master head station and safety specific remote I/O nodes. Safety I/O nodes feature dual redundant inputs and outputs, test pulse capabilities and built in safety diagnostics. Users will select digital I/O based on a number of characteristics including I/O density (4/8/12) and I/O mix (DC Inputs or Transistor Outputs). This remote I/O solution is generally embedded into control cabinets and is ideal for machine builders and facilities seeking to provide safety solutions.
