With the new developed M700V series Mitsubishi Electric redefines state-of-the-art technology for open CNC technologies. The high-performance controller and drive system series allows internationally leading machine tool manufacturers to integrate forward-thinking technologies in their machine tools. The new M700V series combines the latest RISC processor technology with optical servo communication and thereby guarantees ultra-fast and high-precision machining. Exceptional features are a cutting speed of up to 1.000 m/min at a real Servo - and Spindle control that always works at nanometre precision for achieving highest precision and surface quality of a part.
The M700V Series features newly developed jerk free [m/s³] and vibration suppressing high-end 5-Axis HSC-HAC Milling (High Speed Cutting-High Accuracy Cutting) by new SSS- Control (Super Smooth Surface) with full real Nano-Control using the fastest Drive-System in the World.
The latest feed-forward control enables high-speed and high-accuracy cutting while suppressing the induction of machine's vibrations.
This results in high-speed and smooth control in servo drive unit. A machine model-based prediction control called OMR control can also mitigate vibrations at machine end.
