The palletising specialists: RH Series

Mitsubishi SCARA robots are specialists for fast palletising, sorting and component placement and assembly. They have a very short cycle period of up to 0.5 seconds for movement sequence consisting of a 25mm vertical lift, a 300mm horizontal traverse, a 25mm vertical lower and return. Mitsubishi Electric offers three versions with payload handling capacities of 6 or 12kg and 18kg and reaches of 550mm and 850mm.

When it comes to precision, speed and compactness of these robots are virtually unbeatable. These compact units with 4 degrees of freedom are ideal for applications like watch, mobile phone and hearing aid assembly. The RP product range includes three models for handling tasks with payloads from 1 to 5kg.
