MHI has been engaged in the research and development of wind turbines since 1980 and since then we have developed the output of induction type and variable speed type machines from 250kW to 2,400kW. To date, we has manufactured and delivered more than 2,250 units all over the world. Based upon the worldwide experience of MWT-series wind turbines, we will continue to develop even better technologies that further optimize the exploitation of wind power, one of the major sources of clean, environmentally sound energy.
