The IS-300A - Inverter Spot Welder is small enough to fit on a bench, which is ideal for customers and integrators who require high output, but have limited production space.
The IS-300A - Inverter Spot Welder offers a range of new and improved features including six control modes (primary limit, primary and secondary root mean square (RMS), secondary constant power, secondary voltage control, and fixed pulse) and 0.050 kA - 20 kA of power in 3 ranges. The low current ranges are ideal for small or fine applications.

Key features
Six Weld Control Modes
Six different weld control modes allows you to select the best control mode for your application: primary limit, primary and secondary RMS, power RMS, voltage control, or pulse percent.
Triple Pulse Weld Capability
Provides flexible weld profiles allowing for three pulses in each weld cycle. Each weld segment may be programmed with upslope and down-slope and can have up to 19 pulsations in each segment. You can also change the control mode for each weld segment.
Wide Current Range
The IS-300A inverter spot welder has a current range of .050 A to 20 kA making it possible to weld a large range of parts – from small, electronic components to sheet metal and copper bus bars – with the same welding control.
