DESCRIPTION
Second Harmonic Generation (SHG) is a visible-light laser with a wavelength of 532nm (green), which is half of the fundamental wavelength (1,064nm).

SHG can mark on silicon wafers, WLCSP, thin memory cards, thin ICs etc. without damaging the internal device.
It enables very precise and high contrast marking on a wide range of materials as plastics, copper and gold.
