The all-new Uniflow 3 provides targeted heating and precision temperature control for applications such as the connection of flexible circuits, ribbon cables, wires, SMT components, single or dual sided edge connectors and thermocompression bonding of gold ribbon. Uniflow 3 features a number of hardware improvements including a larger display and new front key panel which provides easier access to new features. Process improvements include additional heating stages and upgrades to both the limits and alarm functions.
