Product of our research and development activity, we designed innovative solutions for the critical aspects of the large-size "vertical turning and milling machine", especially the solutions for axes movement.
Thanks to the introduction of new manufacturing technologies we increased the performance level beyond what have been done until now in the field of large-size vertical lathes (turning diameter up to 6 meters).
Quality and precision in manufacturing, alone, would not grant these results.

The machines built until today have demonstrated the following:

Sturdiness: high level of rigidity, which guarantees that the material removal during rough machining can be performed at full power, without vibrations, signs of stress, etc. There is no limitations under intermittent cut conditions.

Precision: axes movement linearity better than 0,01/500 mm. Tool position repeatability after automatic tool change better than 3 micron. Repeatability tests in tool measuring on board tool probe better than 3 micron. Surface finishing with roughness Ra 0,4 ?m by using special tools or grinding wheels and Ra 0,8 ?m by using standard tools.
