The GAM unidirectional clutch type S.S.S. ensure a shock-free engagement of the drive, as the clutch starts functioning only at the synchronized speed.
Therefore the transmission of the torque only takes place at a precise moment of syncronization. Moreover the clutch is fully automatic and no additional mechanical element is required.
