Circular knife blade for the food industry

Depending on the quality of the cut required for your finished product, we offer a magnetic knife combined with a counter-knife with either a smooth or a wave-shaped cutting edge. The latter allows for a progressive cutting action. The knives are manufactured in a full hardened steel with or without coating.
