To convey large-scale and heavy work pieces, Montech offers a multitrack conveyor MTB with belts or toothed belts, which can carry weights up to 120 kg. The conveyor is available with three different drives with spur gear motor:
- Spur gear motor with fixed speed
- Spur gear motor with inverter
- Spur gear motor with incremental encoder combined with inverter.
Advantages:
● One or multilane transport system with modular assembly
● Acceleration, brake and transport speed adjustable, depending on the choosed drive
● User-specific stop positions depending on the choosed drive
