The Vacuum Conveyor that, compared to the Solar conveyor, offers more dynamic acceleration and braking curves and higher travel speed.
The new vacuum belt, an overhead conveyor that carries wafers at a speed of five meters per second, can handle large quantities of wafers simultaneously. Conventional handling and transport solutions require an unproductive return track. Montech.s vacuum conveyor has no return, thus helping increase productivity in wafer production. The conveyor is also more cost effective and, compared to other systems, offers the additional benefit of compact dimensions.
