Description
AUTOMATIC machine for the longitudinal and bilateral BINDING of BLANKETS, COVERLETS etc.
Bind's width as per sample (standard are 60/80/100mm) and stitch done with CHAIN stitch sewing machine with 1 or 2 needles according to the head installed.
As alternative to the bindid operation it is possible install OVERLOCK machines.
Ones binded, the fabric is PLAITED in a trolley for the next steps of the confection.
As alternative it is possible the installation of a SEMI-AUTOMATIC CROSS cutting group and system for the deposit of the blankets cut on a movable carriage.
