These machines have the following features, in addition to the customary MORA quality elements:
» The machines are completely enclosed including the x-axis guidance system if required
» All machines operate in continuous, 5-axis mode, with the result, for example, that a total of fifteen axes are active for measurements in a coordinate system in the case of an underfloor system
» Travel speeds up to 850 mm/sec
» Guide rails fully hardened and chromium-
plated safety from rust, excellers mounted in special hardened bushes (bearings); smooth and safe running
» Electronic path encoding system (optical or – in case of coarse dust, etc., magnetic)
» Patented cable-breakage safety system
» High-dynamics drive systems with speeds up to 800 mm/sec.
