STANDARD EQUIPMENT

5' x 10' CHIP SCREEN
5' x 10' two deck high-speed chip screen. Suspension frame is constructed from 6" x 6" wall tubing with 3" steel tube U-joints.
Screen frame is constructed from 6" x 6" and 8" x 4" wall tubing with 10 gauge side plates 10 HP electric drive with dual bearings (Timkin) mounted in a common housing.
Counterweight shaft is 6" diameter and runs @ 300 RPM
Top screen plate (specify size of opening ad whether it's to be square or round holes).
Bottom screen plate (specify size of opening and whether it's to be square or round holes).
Specify direction of fines discharge (right or left)
Directions of accepts discharge is to center (specify full front discharge or funneled down to 25" for discharging into blower).

7' x 14' CHIP SCREEN
7' x 14' two deck high-speed chip screen. Suspension frame is constructed from 6" x 6" x 1/2" wall tubing with 3" steel tube U-joints.
Screen frame is constructed from 6" x 6" x 3/8" and 8" x 4" x 3/8" wall tubing with 10 gauge side plates 15 HP electric drive with duel bearings (Timkin) mounted in a common housing.
Counterweight shaft is 6" diameter and runs @ 300 RPM

Specify direction of fines discharge (right or left)
Specify direction of overs discharge (right or left)
